Sustainability Policy

MN Inter-Fashion's management philosophy is: “Design the Future, Deliver Value and Excitement to the World.”
Based on this philosophy, we position sustainability initiatives as an important management issue under the present Sustainability Policy, and conduct company management with a strong emphasis on sustainability in accordance with sustainability-related policies.

Identification of Material Issues and Promotion of Initiatives
For the sustainable development of both society and the company, we identify key material issues (materialities) affecting the company and our stakeholders. Since a material issue may become a source of risk or opportunity in the medium to long term, we make these materialities the basis for formulating our business policies and strategies, including our Medium-term Management Plan and business plans, and put this policy into practice.
Role of the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides appropriate oversight of the company's sustainability initiatives with the aim of enhancing the company's corporate value over the medium to long term. Important matters related to sustainability are submitted or reported to the Board of Directors for final approval, following deliberation by the Sustainability Promotion Committee and the Executive Committee.
